Safety First When Driving
Driving gives us a certain feeling of freedom and of having control over our lives. Whether it is day or night, the road is ours to navigate. But this feeling of freedom comes with a big responsibility – safety. This means your own safety, your passengers’, other vehicles, and other things on the road that you are traversing. Safety measures here do not only mean to check your engine, check your tires, put your seatbelts on, drive slow, check your brakes, and other driving rituals we have been taught to do. Number one on your checklist for safety driving should be clarity in vision. If your sight is blurry, then we don’t recommend you driving, much less, driving passengers to their destination. Have your eyes checked for the right prescription. But what if you have 20/20 vision, you ask? You may have an enviable 20/20 vision and may think that you are 100% safe when that will be used as the sole measure. A safety warning though, even if your eyes can see clearly, there can be factors and circumstances that can compromise your clear driving perspective. During the day, the sun’s glare is a natural bother when driving. It impacts your vision in that you will see orbs or auras instead of the road – totally unsafe. At night, it will be even more challenging. You have to contend with bright city lights, tail lights and headlights coming from other vehicles. These can even contribute to what they call night blindness where you just can’t see that well in low-lighting conditions. You would want to be driving safe in any lighting condition. We hear you. Here in Knight Visor, we bring you our Ultimate Duo, Day and Night Driving Glasses set of 2.
